I went into the store to pick up my online order that was shipped to the store. Upon arriving, both cashiers were attending to customers, the black cashier was ringing up 2 black customers and the white cashier was ringing up a white customer. She was upbeat & professional, before I could even ask she went to search for my requested items. This cashier at Children’s Place seriously had the nerve to tell us she couldn’t do prices matches to their own online site because she had already scanned our products into the register. WTF??? That’s why there’s an option to modify price on your screen! 🤦♂️ She hadn’t even collected payment yet. It’s not the consumer’s fault that their in-store prices don’t match their online prices. So I made an online purchase on a black Friday! And I actually went online on Monday and saw that the items I bought were way cheaper so I placed an online order with all items I had actually had previously purchased since The Childrens Place says returns/exchanges are hassle free! I come from Nogales Sonora Mexico to the Park Place Childrens Place to return the 1st order and walla it’s NOT hassle free... on the contrary they want me to get a store credit even when I have my order slip w the barcode and all my information.. ... read more
