My experience at Macy's yesterday was less than great. I managed to get a clerk with an "attitude" and found her to be extremely rude on so many levels. She probably was having a rotten day, but her curtness was very offsetting. I will be watching for her when I go back and will avoid her for sure.
Customer service is terrible and place cash is a rip-off. They give you these things when you shop making you think that when you come back in a couple of weeks when they're redeemable that you were going to save a bunch of money when in reality they hiked all their prices up during the time that your place cash is redeemable. Not to mention they only have one dressing room and only have one cashier with a line to the back of the store while they have three other employees on the floor folding clothes. I like this mall at least they always keep stuff in there kiosk I just wish they had had a way for people to charge there phones
Love the mall. Does need few new stores. More outside in mall seating
