I placed an order online and when I received my shipment it was not what I ordered. I contacted customer service and all the supervisor kept telling me is that they can refund me my money which would be after Christmas and that I would have to just place another order and that is all they can do. She was not sympathetic to my needs. After all this was a Christmas gift. This company has horrible customer service and I will never shop in the store or online again.
My husband and I have a 1 year old little boy, who is obviously going out of his clothes on the daily. We had some Christmas shopping to finish up at the mall today and saw this place was having a sale so we decided to take a look. The lack of infant boy clothing was crazy. I couldn’t find even one complete outfit. We’ve been in a couple times before and were not super impressed, but I know stores get new stock all the time. Worst idea EVER! This place was a hot MESS.
