Beyond rude receptionist. Makes people feel uncomfortable and ignorant.
Our first visit to this office. Everything was clean. The administrative staff were very friendly and helpful. They printed forms for me and set up an additional specialist appointment. The nurse practicioner made my teenage son comfortable.
