All the staff are nice
I have been taking my children to this office since my last childs birth 8 years ago. I have changed doctors only because Dr. Baldwin retired. But there are awesome physicians in this office who have beside manners when it comes to your children and will sit and explain any treatment that your child needs.
Dr. Yamada is amazing and so great to work with but this office is such a pain! Every time you call, you get placed on hold. And who knows for how long. And never mind getting in at the appt time they make for you. Every time we have an appt we never get seen even close to the scheduled time. I write this as my family has been waiting for an hr and we have yet to be seen by the dr. The office is always full staffed but whether busy or slow they are always backed up and taking forever.
