Dr. Yamada is amazing and so great to work with but this office is such a pain! Every time you call, you get placed on hold. And who knows for how long. And never mind getting in at the appt time they make for you. Every time we have an appt we never get seen even close to the scheduled time. I write this as my family has been waiting for an hr and we have yet to be seen by the dr. The office is always full staffed but whether busy or slow they are always backed up and taking forever. Dr. Bershad is the best Doctor for kids! His staff and nurses are amazing too! I have had to make an emergency appointment with both the other Doctors in this office. They were wonderful too. I feel like family when I’m there! They take care of me and my babies! The office is clean and organized. Thank you for your help over the years!!

Every single time that I’ve come here whether it’s to get some paper signed for my son’s school or for his check ups, the front desk has been chaotic and overwhelming. It just doesn’t feel good to be there when it’s busy or not. I’m always stuck standing there, waiting to be acknowledged. A simple “Welcome in or I will be right with you” would suffice. It’s unfortunate that there’s so much tension at the desk because the doctors seem to be really sweet and great at their jobs.
