Good luck even making an appointment. I literally sit on hold from 9:38 a.m. to 9:59 a.m. I called 3 separate times and was put on hold every single time. This is a good way to lose business, every customer and child should matter and be important! I hope you guys improve this issue my child needs attention!

The wait time is terrible. We’ve been waiting for more than an hour past our appointment time, and when I asked about the delay, the front desk told me I should reschedule. That’s incredibly unprofessional.
I brought my 9 year old daughter in for her school physical. The whole staff had her laughing and giggling the whole appointment. She even had to get blood drawn and was laughing and giggling through THAT process. Dr Mammietta was amazing. I want my daughter to see her every time. She really knew how to connect with her.
The drs were so good with my daughter Avery. She was laughing the whole time. Even when she had to get blood drawn.
