They've had issues with the phone systems above average wait times, but the saddest thing is that one of their good doctors, dr. Ramesh Desai is no longer, say a prayer for him. he was my kids doctor for 21 years...R.I.P.
Absolutely the best experience! I had an amazing visit at TCC Family Health in Bellflower. Dr. Clifford A. Hancock is truly exceptional—caring, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. The nurses were incredibly sweet and professional, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I had no issues at all during my visit. Honestly, you have to go see for yourself before letting online reviews sway your opinion. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great care and a supportive team!

Dr. Davis is a good doctor. She is compassionate and thorough. She takes her time to explain side effects of medications. She genuinely cares about her patients. I am grateful to her and the people at the call center who got me in quickly after being discharged from a nursing facility. I urgently needed refills for my meds and I couldn't wait so they squeezed me in.
