Our first visit to the Children’s Eye Centre was a very positive experience thanks to Irina, the optometrist. She was exceptionally kind, warm, and welcoming, and made both children and parents feel comfortable right away. Irina was gentle, patient, and thorough in her approach, while also being highly efficient. Her professionalism and caring attitude gave us a wonderful first impression of the clinic.
Children's are money making machine at this clinic. Government should seriously come and have a look here. Dr Subhashini Kadappu doesn't care about Children's or the parents. Very careless and disgusting doctor. We are seeing her for almost a year now. Last appointment we spend $370 and waited 3 hours just for them to put eye drops , they didn't do any test because of excessive eye drop and told us to come back in 3 weeks. I do not recommend Dr. Flaherty. Her clinic has toys on display that naturally attract children, but if they touch them, she responds by yelling and becoming visibly abrupt. Her manner is cold, lacking compassion both toward children and their parents. She delivered an alarming diagnosis for my child, which caused immense anxiety—only for us to find out a year later that it was based on an assumption. In my opinion, she should consider retirement. Please do not waste your money and time visiting this clinic to see an arrogant doctor!!!!! I wish I had read the reviews and didn’t waste my money and time here. Dr, Trent Sandercoe called us in and immediately sat on his chair facing his computer without having the courtesy to introduce himself or greet us. I paid $450 only to be seen by an arrogant doctor who doesn’t even introduce himself? Wow He didn’t even acknowledge me in the room, started checking my son’s eyes.
