Had a really bad experience with this doctor, i dont recommened anyone to go to an arrogant specialist that has no mercy or any symphathy for children , she was very rude to my 8 years old niece and she was yelling at her cause she asked for a 1 dollar toy that she had on display , waste of money and time , even her clinic was so unclean and dirty ,someone should report this kind of behavior to the syndicate.
Please do not waste your money and time visiting this clinic to see this arrogant doctor!!!! My 15 year old son has had trauma to his eye in school, and this “doctor” was the only one I could get in last minute! Dr, Trent Sandercoe called us in, didn’t say “hi, how are you” but instead, he immediately sat on his chair facing his computer reading the report about my son, then started bringing over his equipment towards my son, and couldn’t even find the right equipment needed due to the mess he had on the desk!!! While the clinical care may be specialised, the facility itself is in a disappointing state of disrepair. The furniture is extremely old and visibly dirty, which is unsettling for a medical practice. More importantly, the waiting room is filled with dusty, old toys that are a major trigger for kids with asthma. For a high-fee pediatric center, the lack of cleanliness and basic maintenance is unacceptable. I hope management takes these hygiene concerns seriously. Our first visit to the Children’s Eye Centre was a very positive experience thanks to Irina, the optometrist. She was exceptionally kind, warm, and welcoming, and made both children and parents feel comfortable right away. Irina was gentle, patient, and thorough in her approach, while also being highly efficient. Her professionalism and caring attitude gave us a wonderful first impression of the clinic.
