unprofessional practice including doctors and front desk staff that leave a bad taste in clients mouth will not be coming back to seek treatment here
Horrible experience. We arrived 8-9 minutes late after accidentally going to the building next door, which caused the delay. We had driven over 30 minutes for my son’s appointment. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment we arrived. She announced that they have a five-minute late policy and that because we were a few minutes late (8-9 minutes late), my son could not be seen. If you've read the other reviews, our experience won't surprise you. The only surprise is that these reviews have cataloged 2+ years of the same thing without anything changing. Our one-month-old was referred here — scary enough on its own. The receptionist called to schedule us and was immediately combative when we were confused about a few things. We chalked it up to a misunderstanding. We were scheduled for 8:00 am, and every communication we received told us to arrive between 7:45 and 8:00. We live over an hour away and ... read more
