We’ve been waiting for months for an appointment with The Children Neurology Group. We had a scheduled appointment for June 6 @ 11:30 with Dr.Simmons. I just got a call from the office stating that he took the day off and will not be in and now they are pushing his appointment to September 8th at 4pm. That is totally NOT acceptable, I understand that life happens and people take time off. Your website is a nightmare. Had so much trouble finding your physical address and phone number.
I have to say that the staff especially Frankie and Dr. Hicks were such a pleasure to meet. They went out of their way to make my son and I feel welcomed. We're always nervous meeting new Drs but this office was amazing. Thank you for all you do for your patients.
My daughter sees Dr. Simmons. He was fantastic with our daughter. The staff has been super helpful with everything be patient with them and they will work with you to do their best.
Great doctor when you can get in contact with him. The office is either closed every time I call or I can get through to the office and ask the desk a question and then not hear a response for weeks as they have to ask the doctor and get back to me.
