If you've read the other reviews, our experience won't surprise you. The only surprise is that these reviews have cataloged 2+ years of the same thing without anything changing. Our one-month-old was referred here — scary enough on its own. The receptionist called to schedule us and was immediately combative when we were confused about a few things. Dr. Simmons is wonderful with my son and has always addressed all of our concerns in a way, that is both understanding and practical. The office staff is wonderful. Always personable and professional. Pro tip, be sure to request medication refills within at least 5-7 days before you run out. Medication refill requests can get sticky, especially if you're dealing with nationwide shortages.

I absolutely love this practice. All of my experiences have been positive over the past few years. I also want to note how truly helpful Dr. Hicks is. Many doctors don't take the time to LISTEN to their patients or family, but Dr. Hicks does. it makes you feel that your concerns are valid and understood.
