I absolutely love this practice. All of my experiences have been positive over the past few years. I also want to note how truly helpful Dr. Hicks is. Many doctors don't take the time to LISTEN to their patients or family, but Dr. Hicks does. it makes you feel that your concerns are valid and understood.
Don't bother scheduling an appointment here. It took us 6 months to get an appointment for them to cancel the day of the appointment. We were finally seen several weeks later. We made our follow up appointment. They cancelled on us again with no notice! Don't waste your time! Find someone who has regard for your child.
Specialist or not, billing out $320.00 for a office visit is a great example of whats wrong with the medical field.
Both of my kids see Dr Simmons he listens to everything you need to say
Place is a joke! Made apt in August with Dr. Simmons in November and they cancled as soon as I got there. They stated that they called me and left me a voicemail. Which they never did! They are also refusing to make an appointment
