My hubby and I were in Chicago this weekend for a concert. I had heard such great things about The Chicago Diner... I knew we couldn't go home without going and seeing what it was all about for ourselves. Sure enough, we loved it and we look forward to coming back!
This food is so good I can’t wait to come back. The shake had me in cloud 9! Amazing!
Had the poutine. it was good but it wasn't real poutine. Had no idea the place was vegan, but the fake bacon was decent. I am not a vegan and had I known this was a vegan joint, I would have gone somewhere else. They only had 'cane' soda, so I had water instead. overall, no complaints and the staff was friendly.
