Hubby and I had not been to the dentist since 24. I kept an open mind about my expectations since our last vendor was disappointing. What a wonderful experience for us to have had. To be treated with dignity and respect was an absolute pleasure and surprised us.the staff were amazing. Polite and friendly respectful. The doctor was thorough was kind knowledgeable and straightforward. The office was clean with no blaring music.highly recommended them.

I would not recommend this dentist. I was told their card reader was “broken” and was asked to provide my credit card information manually. I explicitly instructed them not to keep it on file, yet they retained my information and later used it to make unauthorized charges. This raises serious concerns and may violate PCI DSS (the payment card industry’s required security standards), particularly rules limiting the storage and use of cardholder data. I thought I found my new dental provider. Turns out, I haven’t. They cancelled my appointment and lied to me several times, Katie, Cassandra, Mattie stated I needed to confirm the appointment because they would like me to confirm when I have 48 hours. I don’t want to be serviced by people who make their own rules. Back to the drawing board to finding a dentist office. I would not recommend this location. Had a great exp getting my free invisalign consult with Dr. Bosworth, who explained everything so patiently to me tooth by tooth, and the dental assistant Katie was also really sweet and considerate throughout the process. Awesome team and excited to potentially go through the treatment here!
