Grits equal AHMAZING – I was definitely did not disappoint was the food. While the shrimp and grits I ordered did not resemble the traditional preparation of the dish, the edition presented at The Chesapeake Room was incredible. The grits were encapsulated in a fried bedding that rested atop plump shrimp drenched in a satisfyingly complex sauce consisting of spicy accents to an alcohol based tomato sauce.
