If I could give Sebastien 10 stars I would, as he is (by far!) the best realtor whom I have ever worked with. He really knows the DMV market, is data driven, and people centered. Thanks to his INCREDIBLE negotiation skills, Sebastien saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars. Realtor magic! Without a doubt, I will use Sebastien for all my future DC real estate purchases. Highly recommend!
This broker is a scam if only I had read about them before going into trade with them.they keep telling me to deposit more of my funds.. After I read about them and concluded and decided to reach out to Mrs. HARPER after I read so many reviews on how She has helped a lot of victims. Just be careful with them if you're a black person or family going through this company. I believe that they are a little bit racist within the company.

Jacob Engel’s conduct of Compass in Fort Lauderdale was unprofessional, arrogant, dismissive and dishonest. We did not feel he provided the value added that we would expect a professional to provide in order to service the explicit needs of his clients. The role of a real estate agent does not end with their client agreeing to buy a property. Samit helped us sell our home in San Jose at zip code 95136 but he was not able to negotiate a good deal with the buyer agent. We wanted to rent our home for a couple of months after selling but he could not negotiate that with the buyer agent and we were forced to live in an apartment with my pregnant wife. Instead of pushing buyer agent he was pushing us to accept the offer without rent. He did not care since it was a small transaction sale for him.
