We enjoyed the stay for a reasonable price but would have been even better with ocean view balconies
Wonderful mini getaway with my hubby. Deedra was very helpful & nice. We were on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator, which was no problem for us. The place is very clean, our room was very nice & we'll definitely visit again.
Reserved king room. Was moved to double (at same price) because of supposed leak. This was a celebratory birthday weekend with just my wife. We were given no information for nearly an hour while they moved our room. Hotel was remodeled after ADA provision in 2012 requiring elevator install for any major revision on multi-level commercial residence. Still no elevator, carry all your shit to 3rd floor. Very clean rooms, staff was wonderful and GM Gordon was a delight. I just wish the Wi-Fi had been better because we were there for 2 weeks so I need to do banking while I am gone. Will be back next year for 3 weeks. Hope Wi-Fi is fixed because that is a big issue for me. Hope to see all the great staff. Really enjoy our stay there and glad you expect pets ! Just had a wonderful 2 week stay at the Mermaid Inn. Gordon & Jamela took such great care of us and we're so friendly and helpful. We were able to relax and really enjoy our vacation. The pet friendly room was clean and comfortable (love the tile floors)and we didn't have to worry about our 2 little furry children. If your going to Myrtle Beach I would definetly recommend trying this hidden gem out. Great staff, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced...... We will be staying here next year!
Awesome place it really is! Super pretty, CLEAN, beautiful surrounding homes and hotels, next to beach and super nice staff. I'm picky and have an RV at the beach I haven't stayed in another place other than my own in more than 10 years but couldn't be happier, also fairly priced :) pet friendly rooms available.
