House keeping will rip you off and if you report it they tell you to leave I encourage people not to stay there
I had a $350 pair of sunglass's and $120 cash stolen from my room in addition to being double charged for my room. When i complainded, i was asked to leave. As i walked by the pool 10 other guest shared similar stories.
Loved our stay here. We stayed for 4 days. Staff was amazing & very friendly. Front desk girl is very sweet girl. Pool is very nice & refreshing. Beach is within 50 yards of hotel. Cute little playground for kids,potty bathrooms right there as well. Parking was never a issue either. Will definitely be coming back. Had a great time & experience.
We got here at check in time at 3:00 pm. Waited over an hour to get into our room that wasn't clean yet. Then had a employee tell a group of guests that it was our fault that their rooms were not ready due to us taking their previously scheduled room. Considering ours was not done either. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and I do not recommend you do either. The whole lobby was filled with pissed off customers. Then began to tell us there was nothing they could do about it.
