I lived in the Chelsea for 3 years I liked my apartment but the management sucks i felt very uncomfortable like African American weren’t welcomed in the community Good to hear the management change the old manager Brian was racist !!!!!!

The previous Management company with Bryan as the manager was awesome! The parties were full and lively; the amenities were in pristine condition; and everyone was always so friendly. However, when IRT Management took over it was an immediate turn for the worst. I lived there for almost two years under the prior management, and notified the difference in the community the very second IRT arrived. Things were good with Brian O'Leary. Not anymore...
Best management -WAS - Brian O'Leary-but management just changed Jan 4 2018 Will update as new management makes itself known. Parking is immediately outside lower floor bedroom windows - wish people would deactivate their car horns on their remotes (for locking and unlocking their cars) especially late/early. Nothing like a (multiple) horn blast, at 5:30 AM ...on your day off...right next to your head :( Generally a cacophony of horns, chirps, dings, and blasts throughout any day and night.

Love The Chelsea. By far the best place to live. The monthly events at the clubhouse make for an exciting way to meet new people. Beautiful apartments, great location, and wonderful staff! Highly recommended!
I loved living at the Chelsea! The staff were always so nice and pleasant to work with, and they were very helpful and efficient anytime we needed something. The events they put on are wonderful and the facilities and clubhouse are very well maintained. I would recommend the complex to anyone!
