My husband's company had their Christmas party there on December 7. From the gorgeous presentation of everything, starting with hors d'oeuvres, through the divine chestnut soup, poached pear salad, seared C.A.B. tenderloin, and finishing with a fabulous apple tarte tatin, everything was delicious and presented with elegance, attention to detail, and care. As a well-traveled Chef and Restaurateur, I believe that this is most likely the finest cookery in a formal restaurant in Milwaukee today. Consistently extraordinary execution by a passionate team of Chefs and Cooks operating in a lovely hand-built private dining room, just off of Restaurant Row. David and Dana and team rock this setting. Kudos.
