I ordered products that were never delivered to me. I was told it was rejected by customs however no proof of rejection or postal documentation corroborating this was able to be provided. Tracking data never showed the item whereabouts. Basically I’ve been scammed. No refund has been forthcoming despite repeated requests via email all of which have been ignored. Be careful folks… these guys rip you off for their gain.
I waited a month for my item to get here. They said it will ship out the next day, but it was post marked 24 days after I ordered it. Terrible business!
RecommendedI ordered citric acid, lapase and animal renet and the delivery was very fast and well packaged with storing instructions on the label. and I cant get over the price it was so reasonable!! i also recieved a hand written thank you on the inventory sheet! will order again!

Thanks so much, Steve and Sadie, for sending to me in France. The package arrived much faster than I was expecting and the explanation for storing is very useful. Even though one of the products I bought is produced here, it is impossible to buy it in small quantities. Maybe it is useful for you to know that the Penicillium PC HP 6 LYO 10 is a completely vegan strain and makes an excellent cashew nut camembert !
Excellent products and incredibly knowledgeable staff. I am very happy with the cheese I've been making. I loves Steve's Bees honey.
