Waiting waiting waiting..... people here after us... now have there entree... but we are still waiting... its 3pm and the place is 1/2 full but waited almost an hour for our food; while people who sat down after us were already eating ..... freezing cold in here as well, Too cold to be comfortable in here!! There very slow and the waitresses are snobby and we've been waiting for 45 minutes and still have not got our food we were 30 minutes in waiting for our food and they said it will be out in a minute

As i and my brother ordered burgers, simple and easy , when they came out they were well done. As we ordered the medium well, we expected medium well not golden night hockey pucks. As I had no high hopes for this restaurant I still went because my brother wanted to go. This will not be restaurant I return to Nor will I ever recommend to any new local or tourist. On a positive note the server was very attentive and the chocolate cake was fabulous.
I always enjoy eating the best Cobb salad ever n cheeseburgers n other items especially the variety of the best cheesecakes in the universe ( it's the only cheesecake that I will eat)
On April 30th 10am my family and I went sunday brunch and it wasn't packed at all! The waitress was very kind, but wooow it took 27 minutes for the appetizers to get to our table and had to wait another 15 mins for our entrées. The people next to us just walked out. Very dissatisfied with the southern fried catfish dinner. The mashed potatoes, corn and green beans were"cold" when served as if they were prepared before the fish was ready and not under a warmer. This was my first bad experience with Cheesecake Factory and I needed to share this for future visitors.
