I was disappointed that Penny and the Big Bang Theory gang wasn't there. BUT the atmosphere, staff and food was outstanding. I will return again.
My 10 year old was so excited to celebrate his birthday today at Cheesecake Factory (normally a family favorite). However I was told we couldn’t make a reservation for our party of 9. We’d have to take our chances with a walk-in. The hostess was less than friendly and didn’t follow up to tell us the wait time. After half an hour when we inquired, we were told at least another half hour. Everyone who came in after us had been seated. Refusal to make reservations for large groups is ridiculous and ruined my son’s special day. ... read more
