Hello, I sent an email to social@thecheesecakefactory.com about a serious health issue where the pick up food is put out on Tuesday. It’s now almost Friday and I’ve had no response. It was not my initial intention to post on social media, but the lack of response is irresponsible at best, and down right annoying if I’m just being ignored. Let me say, I know we are all under pressure right now. Corona Virus Blows. BUT.... RecommendedFood is great and customer service is excellent. As for those who don't want to wear your mask...stay home cause you're not getting in there with out it. STOP getting mad at staff...they don't make the policy and could be terminated for not enforcing it!! Great job staff. I'll be back❤
