This is my favorite restaurant. Farfalle with shrimp, and chicken. The sauce is to die for! Seems like it always takes then longer to get our meal to us, but so worth the wait.
Upon hearing some not so good things about this place I sill wanted to go since we had a gift card. Our wait wasn't long at all we got seated right away. The waitress came over and asked for our drinks and left. Came back with drinks and no straws asked if we were ready to order we told her no we were still deciding. The food is the worst. I am not sure why I had to wait for food that looked good but taste awful!
I don’t see what all the fuss is about. Our experience there was terrible. Our server had a bad attitude and was very inflexible about substitutions. Hardly ever saw her. Clearly upset her to have to bring a bread basket. BEST PART: We were unfortunately seated right by a “service” bar area of some type and servers would congregate there and loudly complain about the customers they were serving, how much they hate working there, and how they want to quit. Me, my buddy and our wife's which are both pregnant in they're third trimester went to the Cheesecake Factory, the line was so long it truly felt like a line at the food market from back in communist Europe, after a 20 min wait we were told the actual waiting time would be between 1.5 hours, when we came back they told us that it will take another two hours to seat us, after 3.5 hrs of standing one of us ordered steak but they were out of it and at the end we went to the bakery to pick up a couple cheesecakes which took anot... read more
I have loved cheesecake factory for many years!! I have ate at many around the country! I am so glad they are finally in MICHIGAN!!
My experience with the Cheesecake Factory at the Novi location was frustrating to say the least. There was a line on the inside of the mall that looked similar to the lines at Cedar Point, we stood in line and made to the front only to be told we were in the take out line. The line for dining I'm was located on the outside of the mall. Like fools, we stood in that line for 30 min only to be asked if a 2.5-3 hour ait was ok. Are you kidding me
