tried calling in ahead of time and the phone number must be bogus or something because it doesnt even ring it just stays silent then hangs up. I went into the place (big mistake) and told them about it only for them to blame me and laugh in my face. Very rude and unprofessional. Dont come to this joke of a place.

Avoid this place... They have extremely bad customer service employees at the front desk are very rude and apparently like to make fun of people.. If i could i wouldn’t even give them 1 star.
I had a five star experience at the Check Cashing Place in San Diego. These are not lazy people - they open at 9AM on Friday unlike other places (10 or 10:30? C'mon!). I was receiving a Western Union payout on a Friday morning. Both women were friendly and professional. They definitely know what they are doing and know every possible way to make a transaction successful. They were patient and assisted me when my friend needed to change the payout location.
