I needed to get my ancient Mac checked out and found this spot online. Although they no longer take walking or do business with civilians, Jesse still spoke to me and not only heard me out but he referred me to their sister store, which worked out super well. Very nice and clearly very knowledgeable! The sister store was the tech squad and they did an excellent job! Great experience all around.
Jessie was an absolute gem!! I'm not a super techy person and he helped me get my laptop all buttoned down and squared away quick and easy!! Awesome communication and quick to solve all the problems!! Thank you so much for your help Jessie, now I know who to call for all the computer things!! :)
Sharp, efficient, effective, friendly professionals. I had electrical problems renovating my office with a new gaming pc. Within minutes Jeremy diagnosed the problem and explained the right equipment and setup for my office. I brought in my Acer laptop due to an extremely gnarly and hard to debug issue where it would randomly reboot. My technician Jesse over at The Cheap Squad spent many hours across 4 sessions to get it fixed. During this entire time, he was extremely communicative and helpful, letting me know all the things he was trying alongside the status of the machine. Prices are high and wait time for pc is also pretty long but if you don’t mind waiting 5 to 6 days for your pc to be repaired then trust them
