We just stayed there this past weekend. The weekend before Christmas. EVERYTHING and everyone we encountered were efficient and gracious and the hotel itself was beautiful and amazing!! Very centrally located at 1/2 block to Times Square and only a few walking blocks to Radio City and Rockefeller Center, etc. We will most definitely be back to stay again.
