Jill...where do I begin? The Chattaway is a staple of St. Pete, as we all know. However, unknowingly, I was greeted by a lovely woman who was kind and eccentric...I didn't know she owned it. She came back to my table a second time to express gratitude and invited me to look at her "dining room" which was a beautiful tea room. A cheeseburger and the Philly steak sandwich are wonderful. We sampled the lobsta chowder and it was amazing.
