The Chattaway Burger was good but our server was disinterested and we didn’t get any silverware. At least we had napkins and not a roll of paper towels.

I ordered the big red chick, plain, but got her much much smaller little sister. Was expecting a nice plump chicken breast, but instead my meal consisted of about 2-3 ounces of chicken. Service was bad - very slow. When I brought my lack of food to my servers attention, she just shrugged her shoulders. She also got ticked off when I asked for change from $60 on a $42 bill. I won’t be coming back. Chick Fil A is better and more reasonable. Oh yeah and the staff at CFA is pleasant. #EpicFail
I love this quaint amazing place, the food is excellent the servers are all above and beyond. Update:...I was so excited to make another reservation for another birthday. We had such a good time first time. I called 36 hours before (Saturday afternoon for a time on Monday) the reservation was made for tea for three at 12:30 on Monday no problem. On Monday morning at 9:10am I received a phone call from chattaways informing me that we could not be accommodated, the reason being that they don't do tea at that time. Excuses were... read more
I took my grand daughter who wanted milk. She isn't a soda drinker. One of the staff ran out to get milk for her. I couldn't believe that. The fish and chips were excellent. Love this place when I'm in town
