My 16 year old daughter suggested we go there for my birthday.I thought the atmosphere was great. Our waitress was pitiful. Not very attentive at all. They should not advertise 1/2 pound Black Angus burgers. Being an engineer, I am quite good with measurements. Not even close to half pound. I seen bigger burgers on a 1/4 pounder at Mcdonalds. Love everything about Chase. Atmosphere, food , staff, and my favorite your Onion Rings!!
Great burgers, appetizers, beer and service. Never had to wait to be noticed or seated.
The food is great, wonderful atmosphere and good times. It is what Jackson needs for the downtown scene.
Changing my review. Will no longer go to Chase. It started out great but food lately has not been impressive, in addition to poor rules for the use of the pool tables. I was promised a call from management that never happened. I guess they don't care about losing customers.
