Your hostess/bar back, Carley, was one of the rudest I've ever seen in a restaurant employee! She was far from accommodating and when ask to grab a balloon, she took it and threw it away. If you don't want to work or deal with drunk people, don't work in a bar. If I ever do come back to the Chase, it will be due to the friendliness and courtesy of the bar staff and the bar staff only! I am very disappointed in the way Carley treated me and my friends!
great service, very good food. had a great time
The food was good, the mixed drinks were made well, not weak or too strong and the wait staff very attentive. The only negative I have is the noise level of this establishment. It may be because of the height of the ceiling and the fact that they have a balcony but once we walked out onto the sidewalk, it was like someone turned the volume off. If they could figure out a way to bring the noise level down I would probably give them 5 stars.
Had a really good mushroom Swiss burger. Waitress checked on us just enough. Prices are reasonable.
