I've been calling for a week to schedule an appointment but no answer on the phone.
How is this place still operating. From lack of professionalism, to the inability to even keep an appointment, this is the worst. If your scheduled with Mabedia Moreno, APRN, help yourself and cancel your appointment. Do not waste your time to be endlessly rescheduled or ignored. Waiting for medical attention is hard enough, don't make it harder on yourself by waiting, and having your appointment pushed back further. Take your family to someone that cares. Do not trust this place.
