What a wonderful ice cream shop! My daughter and I are sensitive to dairy, and although the vegan options are few, they are delicious! I’ve also taken a pint home before, and you can tell from the taste and ingredient list that it’s high quality ice cream. We went a few days ago, and the young man behind the counter was so kind and went over and beyond to prevent cross contamination with peanut since my daughter also has a peanut allergy. Thank you! So grateful to have Charmery in the neighborhood!
I liked it. It was a cute little ice cream shop with weekly flavors. My ice cream cone was on the softer side, which is fine, but it's good to know ahead of time.
Delicious ice cream at the Walter Reed NW DC location off Georgia Avenue. I love that there's premium ice cream like this so near my home in Takoma Park. But all kudos go to the ONE AND ONLY guy working there Saturday night, July 25. There were excited kids everywhere and demanding parents, and he somehow kept a crowded line moving and all the customers happy. He deserves a prize for his calm and capable composure.
