I have been living at The Charleston Apartments for over a year now. I really like it here. The grounds are kept clean. The pool is really nice. There are playgrounds for the kids and a couple of pavilions with BBQ grills. They have gatherings for the residents every now and then. We had a Movie Night not to long ago and it was fun. When my wife and I were looking to move to the Memphis area we were very careful in choosing a place to settle down. After visiting countless apartments, we decided to go with the Charleston. The office staff was so personal and always available to answer any questions we had about the apartments and about the area! We have been residents for nearly two years and have been nothing but satisfied. The Charleston Apartments are run so efficiently! The office is always helpful and attentive to the needs of their renters. We looked around and comp shopped before leasing and this is the most affordable for the luxuries offered.
I enjoyed my time at these apartments. They are very clean and look great. The girls there are so so sweet. They will go above and beyond to help you out. For example, they will do every in their power to change apartment buildings for you if needed and possible, they will come over to you after seeing how horrible of a day you’ve had and say ‘hey it’s going to be okay’, they will call you and let you know you have a package in the office before Christmas and save it for you so your kids will have their xmas present, and the... read more
Overall, I absolutely love my apartment. However, PARKING IS THE BIGGEST ISSUE. It’s extremely frustrating when paying over $1100 a month and you come home and literally have no where to park. & if you work the night shift, you might as well park at the front office and walk home because even trying to drive they the complex is a nightmare with all of the cars parked on the side of the street.
First let me say this: FIVE STARS!! No infestations At All!! These apartments are sooo brand spanking new and was built with THE GOOD STUFF. No Half stepping at ALL!! The staff in the leasing office are absolutely Great!! Excellent customer service and always aiming to please. Whenever you call they get on the issue right away. I love my place so much!!! It's so spacious and majority of the time it's very quiet. My neighbors are friendly and love their huge upscale apartment too. Now back to my place: ohhh Honey!! I love it!... read more
