My friend and I went here last Monday and had an amazing experience. :) Our server Joe was both professional and funny!! Great service from every person on staff. I LOVED their Bow Street Mule with a sugared ginger candy garnish. I’d go back just for this drink. What an interesting twist on the classic. Soooo good!! 😍Thank you everyone at The Charcoal Room for a great night.
The food was great. The steak was fantastic. The service was awesome.
We have been in vegas for 5 days and this is hands down the best meal we have had! Steak was perfect, Brussel sprouts were delicious mac and cheese was flavorful. Could not have been better. Jessica was fantastic. GREAT JOB!!
Im sorry to say but this place is completely unaccommodating and discriminatory towards locals who are parents. The manager, Andrew, refused to accommodate two local parents who attempted to attend their happy hour whilst in the company of their 8 and 6 year old children. While we understand that children are not allowed to sit at a bar top and the happy hour will only be allowed to be served at the bar, Andrew refused to allow us to sit at a table immediately adjacent to the bar. The Butter Fried Chicken was absolutely delicious. Two nicely sized breasts nestled in a creamy sauce. Entrees are served without sides which is a perfect excuse to: A) enjoy the variety of breads served before the meal and B) Order one of the many offered starters, soups & salads and/or sides.
