I honestly don’t know where all of the 5 star reviews come from. Steak was tough, fries were made in old oil. The old fashioned was very sugary.
Absolutely phenomenal experience! The food was outstanding - every dish was expertly prepared and presented. The craft cocktails were inventive and perfectly balanced. But what truly made our evening unforgettable was the exceptional service - attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. Can't wait to come back!
Ambience and service terrific. I had the Australian Lobster Tail my husband had the bone in New York Steak, both prepared to perfection. As a side we had the crispy baked potato, which we had to split and the bacon wrapped shrimp. We will definately list the Charcoal Room at Palace Station as our to go places for fine dining.
We were invited here by friends and had high expectations. We made reservations and waited about 15 minutes past the time. It's a wonderful, warm, and lively atmosphere. The waitstaff was friendly and very helpful. They were on top of all drink refills eat. It was a good price for a steakhouse in Vegas, even if it is quite far from the strip. Great off strip steakhouse, good value. I like the creamy horseradish and some kind of butter sauce. Mushrooms are good as a side.
