We bought 2 bags of The Charcoal Man from a Gold Coast BBQ shop, and this is the biggest rip-off we've ever seen. Both bags were had so many rocks to make the 5kg weight, and then the rest were filled with dust. This is an absolute shocker of a company to try and cheat on weight. Never ever buying again. Stay away.
Staff is very good, good place to visit.
