I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience at The Chapman, I feel it’s important to share it. I experienced an ongoing HVAC issue that resulted in approximately 7–8 maintenance requests over several weeks. From the very beginning, I consistently reported that the AC stopped cooling during the evening on warmer days, yet the unit continued to be inspected during the daytime when it was operating normally. My genuine honest review, if you want to save yourself time and money..do not rent from here, it’s decently nice but the whole complex always stinks so bad, there is crumbs and trash droppings all in the hallways, and weekends here are the worst with people out screaming around the town center at 1 am in the morning, and loud music banging, loud cars flying by disrupting peace 24/7, it’s not the ideal place if you want a chill calm clean place to live. I just wanted to share how I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience with jasmine in the leasing office. She’s very kind, understanding, and overall one of the best people I could’ve met while living here. The Chapman is a fantastic place to live with amenities that actually make a difference. Conveniences like the valet trash, attached three-floor garage, and pet grooming station makes things much easier. There's also multiple places to entertain, with a conference room, a second-floor clubhouse, and two terraces for hosting, along with a rental hotel unit for guests. Nick at the front desk was quick to follow-up my issues, and a shout-out to David and others in maintenance for taking good care of our unit.
I recently relocated from Florida on short notice and needed to find housing close to work. The leasing office made the process seamless by helping me secure a lease before my move. Jasmine in particular is exceptional, truly makes the community feel like home and consistently goes above and beyond to address my concerns promptly, so I really feel like a valued tenant here. Thank you for your professionalism, responsiveness, and welcoming attitude it has made the transition so much easier.
