The website and reviews make this place sound awesome, but I’ve been calling the number listed since Monday and no one answers the phone. I’ve even left voicemails and messages through the website. Has the number changed? I just want a tour of the property since I’m considering relocating.
Love living here!! The staff is great & the townhome we moved in is super nice!
The resident assistant is outstanding. The young lady in the front office is very sweet, and attentive to their needs. The floor plans are beautiful and very retro/ contemporary. They have many different styles available. The property is very well maintained. If you are considering moving, I strongly recommend the Chapman, it feels like home. Thank you again
An outward appearance of luxury and not much else. Stay away if you value your safety. I moved to The Chapman sight unseen back in early July due to an expedited move to accept a new job in an unknown city. I encountered a plethora of issues attempting to even get a lease at the place, and attributed it to the location being understaffed - something I still believe to this day.
