I'm renting a townhome here and the experience has been amazing. The staff has been super helpful. Jasmine went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to move in on the planned date and was available that day to ensure a seamless move-in. John and his steam were available for any minor fixes to the townhome. What also sets this team of individuals apart from others, is the communication was excellent. I didn't feel ghosted or unimportant. Keep up the great work.
Chapman Apartments gets a 5-star review from me, and a lot of that credit goes to leasing manager Yasmine. Had an issue that needed attention and she resolved it fast — no runaround, no delays. Exactly the kind of responsive management you hope for. Great place, great team.
One of the best tours in my life, it’s like going on tour to view the city, it’s phenomenal. I’m determined to move there and Yasmine is awesome because of her personality and customer service. I’m determined to move there, thank you Yasmine for the wonderful experience
The website and reviews make this place sound awesome, but I’ve been calling the number listed since Monday and no one answers the phone. I’ve even left voicemails and messages through the website. Has the number changed? I just want a tour of the property since I’m considering relocating.
