There have been numerous problems with maintenance fixing anything. They put a new maintenance crew in. They seem to be doing better. I just got a call from someone named, Chalaun. She called about renewing my lease early. It expires end of October. She said we have new maintenance and management. That's why they are better. It is in a great location. Neighbors are ok. The staff are very unproftional and and they are not doing the work orders properly we have to go to the office numeres time and call too but they do not do the job at all.
