Worst Interior shampoo and detailing I've ever seen. Car came back with the inside glass filthy. Looks like the windows were wiped with the same cloth that cleaned the door jambs. Low quality work and care, premium top shelf prices.
Incredibly inconsistent service with some lanes taking twice as long as others. Management onsite absent and unresponsive.
Don’t go to this dump if you’re expecting a good job. The best you can hope for is mediocre, for a ridiculous price. I’ve been going there for years and it has really gone down hill recently. Probably because of new ownership. I will never go back here again after yet another horrible job. Northern Lights in Kenaston is way better anyway, and actually care about their customers. Save your money and go there instead.
