At the weekend I canceled the cleaning of my Matrix car that was scheduled for the Gold cleaning service, when I went to pre-pay, I was informed that I would have to pay an extra charge to get the hatch cleaned. I was completely taken back by this as I was of the understanding that this was one of their top cleaning package shampoo deep cleaning of the complete car.
