After I went for a quick wash at Rust Check on St. James to wash off light dirt from the recent rain and my car coming out way dirtier than it was going in due to their terrible super low pressure wash, and their owner completely dismissing the facts, I came to The Chamois and my car came out looking like new! Staff were all very friendly, quick and efficient. I’ll always come back to this particular location.
I had a gold wash 2 weeks ago and had to get them to rewipe the interior and exterior a couple of times before taking my car, the dash was still dusty and the console was dirty. Since then my trunk and doors have been sticky when opening, my trunk hatch is the worst the automatic opening gets too sticky to work i have to manually get it open. Super disappointing for a $40+ wash.

In the platinum package I got they promised the truck bed would be cleaned out but it was not cleaned out at all and they did a bad job with the interior cleaning as garbage/dirt was still on the floor/under the seat. Windshield was also not fully cleaned. I observed one of the workers with a spray bottle and rag open up the driver door and stare blankly into the truck and do nothing then very lazily took a brush to the tires and it didn't even look like it was being scrubbed at all.
I just want to say to all the people that work at the St. James Chamois. Thank you. A stray cat got into the building and ended up in the engine compartment of my vehicle. Kyle and his team pushed my vehicle to the parking lot as well cleaned washed my exterior. They spent several minutes getting into the engine bay and reassuring the little guy was safe. They pulled the cat out safely and had the cat wrapped in blankets. Great job. Way to step up. As well my truck looked fantastic.
