314 I've been living there for six years, and it's the dirtiest place on earth now. Other than that the place is not clean and there is no maintenance. There in the office they talk inappropriately. With residents, but if you are new. You will see their best after you live. You will see their real face. They only think of taking money from residents but there is no service at all. These apartments are unsafe to live in. We have been living here for three years. The first two years were peaceful, but when the management changed, the neighborhood became unsafe. They are not checking people's backgrounds before giving them apartments. This whole year has been really hard for us due to our bad neighbors living on the ground floor of our building. Trash Horrible people. Terrible experience. Previous management was still good but the new people have no clue what they are doing.

Run away The worst apartments ever. They have roaches everywhere. They are liars. They had a beehive across from my apartments. I’m allergic and asked for it to be removed. No effort was made to remove them and I ended up in the hospital due to it. All they said was ok…you wanna renew your lease? Nubia is the worst manager that there could possibly be
STAY AWAY!!!! No specifics needed. Just "STAY AWAY" should be sufficient. This property keep getting purchased by cheap, small, value add management companies who do the bare minimum and raise rents. However, this last one is the worse. Maintenance wi5h no experience, no website to pay rent, then they have added administrative charges for each one of THEIR bills such as utilities and electrivity. Thats right! They pass an ADMINISTRATIVE charge to process every payment to EACH unit! STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Management has reported inaccurate charges on a past due balance to the credit bureau. Most of the charges stem from the complex saying I owe money for rent I already paid in addition to charging me for the remaining balance of the lease although another tenant moved in after I vacated the apartment. I feel this was done maliciously because I would not allow management to speak to me in a disrespectful manner after Maria had my car towed for allegedly parking in a no parking zone. Wonderful place I just leased the last 1 bed 1 bath when I tell you it’s amazing it’s amazing. The staff up front was so polite and willing to help a lot. They gave me a home not a house. It’s a beautiful place inside and outside. They are very welcoming and they feel like family. They offer so much for their tenants than any apartments. Thank you Chalet I can’t wait to move into my place.

looks good i like how the office treats the people, also great location in the dfw area.the only tink i dond like is the option to pay the rent.
