The food is really good at the one in San Mateo at Farmers Market. I saw them working hard with long lines. But I also saw food tickets in the wrong order. After waiting quite some time the people before me got their food first. As a returning customer who is tired and standing in the cold wind that rightfully made me upset. Love this food truck!! This is the truck we always look for. Love the steamed and and baked buns. Pork Belly is tender and amazing and the spicy chicken packs in a lot of flavor.
