The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been waiting for a kiln that already takes a month to build, was another 2 months late without any notification, arrived broken, and then was promised updates. It's been a month since I have heard from the operations manager. They offered absolutely no compensation for the money they are costing my business and have not followed through on their end. I am disgusted by their lack of care or effort.
Great customer service
Slow and expensive shipping I ordered a few bats and a trimming tool. Shipping was $30 for UPS ground and it took them until the 3rd working day after placing the order to finally get the shipment out. I’m not impressed and will not order from them again.
