just moved out, there is a room in one of the units that is the "electrical room" all it has is cable and AC unit pipes, the room has standing water on the floor, the ceiling is falling out, and black mold everywhere, which may have been the cause of my 2 children getting pneumonia TWICE, we always kept the place at a toast 75-80 (had to because of the large drafts from the doors) . also if you have small children that may write on the walls, careful, they charge $600 for painting when you move even though the paint is so ch... read more
