Paula the receptionist is extremely unprofessional. She is not pleasant to speak with at all. I confirmed my daughter’s appointment after receiving a text to confirm at 4:09, I responded to confirm at 4:19. She called and left a message that only stated her name and she hung up. My daughter checks out of school goes to her appointment only to be told her appointment was cancelled at 4:18. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
My 4yo son sees “his Mrs. Julie” once a week for behavioral therapy. Since we have started this journey I have seen great improvement with his ability to calm himself down, reason with me, and verbalize his emotions. We were dealing with impulsive behaviors, attention deficit, and LOTS of tantrums. We are so thankful for The Centre and I highly recommend giving it a try if your child could use some extra support.
Julie Taylor has been wonderful & helpful for my nine year old son. He was going through some tough times. I saw a major difference in his personality & his ability to connect to others which had been difficult. We are thankful to have been referred to her by his pediatrician.
My mother received wonderful help. Caring, sympathetic and offering her specific things that she could do to help herself be the person she wanted to be, they led her on her journey to wholeness.
