We had a great dinner at The Central in York, Maine. My partner and I both ordered the haddock Milanese, and it was excellent. The outside was lightly crispy parm coasted, not oily - and the haddock itself was thick,flaky, tender, and cooked perfectly. We had garlic mashed potatoes, and the zucchini & summer squash side.
