After desperately hunting for an apartment in Seattle, I'm so glad to have discovered The Central! Compared to other apartments we looked at, The Central seemed like the perfect mix of location, price, and size. Favorite place I've lived in by far! Found this place by chance, when we were last minute apartment hunting back in September, and Maddy helped us a lot with our tight timeline for moving in Our experience here has been nothing but positive. Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly, we love all the fun social events that are organized, meeting new people, and chatting with the team. I have lived here for over a year and I love it! The apartment is just the right size and has everything I want and need, including a washer and dryer! I used the parking garage for the first year, but then realized there is usually street parking and opted for the savings, though the garage was super convenient. The staff and other tenants are really what make this apartment building feel like a community though. I moved in last Saturday. Love the building and neighborhood and the staff is so helpful and kind. I also like the dog walk on the riff and have two dog, this is so helpful.
