Love this apartment , the amenities are great, great garage and friendly staff. Also Jacques is an amazing Thrive community staff employee ! He has been so helpful and professional. He provided amazing support and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.
My lease was ending soon, and was looking at options for a 1 bedroom home in central district for the convience to shops and transportation to the city. I toured with Jacques, leasing manager at The Central and I couldn't have had a more knowledgeable person that showed me the homes offered at The central. He made me feel like I was home. The building also has a Modern look both interior and exterior which was much better than my last place i have lived. TL;DR - If you need a quality building with amazing staff and don't care about having a ton of amenities you'll never use but are still getting charged for anyway, then look no further than The Central, managed by Sydney Tibbs and her associate Jacques. They will go above and beyond for you and your needs every time. Story time: I was previously living in West Seattle in the most amazing apartment. I loved living here, but when I moved out, they charged me $400 in damages without giving an itemized list of the charges. I would lease knowing they will just bill you on move out indiscriminately
