Definitely feel confident in the care that I’ve received. However, The staff at 7500 Old Georgetown aren’t so welcoming In their demeanor. It really has been hit or miss and definitely more misses. However, my surgical experience with Dr. Bernstein and the people who assisted in prepping me for surgery were wonderful. Very pleasant and engaging…made me feel welcomed. However, this wasn’t the reception I received from the Orthopaedic office.
Great physical therapist - knowledgeable and keeps me challenged so I progress and heal.
