My mom has been going to them for 6 months and overall everything was fine. Dr. O’Brien is amazing, he was very attentive to my mom’s pain, provided great care and She & I highly recommend him. The rest of the staff is amazing. However my mom won’t be returning because of the unprofessionalism of the receptionists. When she would go for her appointments whilst paying her copay, usually in cash, they refused to give her a receipt.
