I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this orthopedic surgeon use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Was this provider friendly? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen
