This is not a great place to live. In a sense, it is serviceable. The last year has seen an introduction of around the clock security and some slight improvements such as painting the hallways, front doors, and replacing hallway carpeting. Pros: - Good location, close to downtown - Close to stores like restaurants and liquor. - Secure Entrance requiring Key Fob. - Relatively fast service request fulfillments. Cons: - No Central AC, it's a steam powered AC? Flips from heat to cold or vise versa depending on the season. No actual Temp indicator for the unit (at least for mine), just a dial you spin for "warmer" or "Cooler", VERY OLD. - Parking is NOT included and HAS to be purchased, registered, and also carry the Garage Card in the Vehicle at the front. - Water... read more
