Great location, spacious units, and the price is right. But when it comes to management, you get what you pay for. Elevators are constantly out of order, water is shut off for “emergency” repairs at least once a month, non-emergency maintenance requests take 6 weeks to be addressed, and calling/emailing the front office is roughly the equivalent of putting a message in a bottle and tossing it out to sea.
If I could leave a zero star review I would. If I could go back to the day I signed my lease I would. I’ve been here for six months and we have had no hot water in the winter, no ac on the hottest days of the year. Water pipes have been bursted and photos have been sent. I asked to move my apartment due to these issue to no avail. The police have been called on residents who live here when just trying to enter the building.
