Very unhappy with a quote of 200-500 co pay, however it ended up being almost 1400.00 .

When we speak with patients over the phone, we are very clear that any co-pay amounts are estimates...never quotes. The reason for this is twofold: Firstly, until the doctor has examined you and studied your radiographs, it is impossible to know exactly the extent of surgery required. I came in for a consultation and the entire team, from the ladies who greeted me, to the surgical assistants and Dr. Letellier were so warm and helpful. Although Dr. Letellier could not help my particular situation, he was thorough and patient in outlining my situation and my options.
